The requirement for financial sponsorship of 4 students and 1 accompanying person within mobility, i.e. budget for travel costs and individual support (accommodation and food) is indicated in the application form.

According to the agreement, the budget allows to send more persons. The definite number of persons can be adjusted after consultation with the host country. The number of 5 students and 2 persons for accompanying people has been set as a base.

The length of all meetings for 6 days, i.e. 4 + 2 days for travelling, is indicated in the application form.
Agreement
According to the agreement, the budget allows to prolong the length of the meeting for more days. The number of 5 + 2 days for travelling has been set as a base. The definite number of the length of the particular meeting will be arranged later.

Agreement
Students will stay in host families to learn closely about mentality, customs and traditions of the particular country. According to the agreed number of participated students and involved countries, there will be need to provide accommodation for 20 students. In case one of the participated country wants to send more students, it must be discussed with the host country (e.g. two countries can agree that 6 students will be sent).
The accompanying persons will stay in hotels or other accommodation facilities on their own costs from their project funds.
The accompanying persons can according to the agreement (reciprocity is required, i.e. use/provide) stay at no costs in a host family, school flat etc. *

FOOD
Agreement
Breakfast and dinner will be provided by the host families.
The accompanying persons will arrange the breakfast on their own, e.g. in a hotel, family etc. see accommodation. Dinner will be mostly together in a restaurant, which the host will arrange. Everyone will pay costs related to breakfast and dinner themselves from their project funds.
In case of trips, lunch will be arranged in a catering establishment on everyone´s own costs from their project funds. In other cases, it is possible to agree to eat in a school canteen, preferably agree with the school management to provide the food in a school canteen free of charge. *

Schedule
of the day
The teachers’ meeting will be organised every morning and before the lunch. *
The students and accompanying persons will attend the morning and afternoon programme together. There will be visits of involved institutions, presentations, workshops, outdoor and indoor activities, trips etc.
After the afternoon programme (the end according to the situation between 5p.m. to 7p.m.), the students will go to their host families, where the programme is individual (mostly the students gather after the dinner for collective activity). The accompanying persons will have dinner together, where the teachers’ meeting will be held.
